Once you decide to go ahead with Boardwalk Pools we will arrange for structural engineers drawings to be done for your pool and submit these plans to the relevent authorites including Shire & Water. The approval process can take anywhere from one to six weeks.
When all the approvals are received we will arrange excavation. The pool will be pegged out and then excavation is done. The next stage is forming the pool and set up of the steel reinforcing bars. The pool shell will then be ’sprayed’ with concrete to complete stage 1
During this time we may ask you to choose your tile and coping/header in order to be ready for laying as some styles may take several weeks to be made.
Plumbing will then get underway with solar provisions being added on all our pools to complete stage 2.
Waterline Tiles and coping will then be done and any waterfeatures if chosen will be constructed to complete stage 3.The final stage is plastering of your pool and installation of the filtration equipment. The filling of the pool is usually done on the day of plastering, so it is important that the fencing is up before the internal finish is started.
Boardwalk Pools will then complete a handover with you ensuring that you are happy with the operation of the equipment and finish of your pool.
